Drugs Thugs & the West end of Paisley
The Psychology of drugs should tell you this shits here to stay. What's funny about this photo, is how those in the close doorway are a pair of female addicts, ducking out of sight as these coppers push them self up the hill. And up a street that's for years, been a burden for those trying to live here. Though now we have "metaphorically" the stress of trying to be free of drug crime, manifesting it's self in these police offices struggle to push through the street, in the lawless Paisley west end. Where no matter how hard the law keeps trying to push them back. Back they keep coming like others before them. So the struggle between them both is a never ending waste of money that's a revolving door called prison. Much like here where the law hits back as they pass through the street, while the addicts hide in the cracks, till their gone. Before it's back to the addicts vicious circle too get drugs at all costs. Continuing to fuel anxiety and the fear of crime, which is seriously diminishing the peoples human rights, to have a piece of mind free of stress life. "Plus If an addict can spend so much time looking for a fix then they can work for legal drugs. So at the end of the day they can go into any chemist for legit kit & get what they need instead of all this shit. The Psychology of drugs should tell you this shits here to stay and we can only deter future users. And since people like to get high, the legalisation of grass would probably mean less people wanting to use smack. Much like smoking pot is for some a less likely hood for wanting too drink alcohol. Which is in it's self this countries biggest hangover next to heroin & class A drugs. Here's the proof the war on drugs isn't working, since up the hill we have 3 cops pushing a car right across from a CCTV camera. While down the bottom of the hill we have a parked CCTV installation works van now working in the street. Where I'm behind the van, "Joe Public" showing you the rest of the world the absurdity of some laws. And since this streets been lacking in most of them for many years now itxs fair too say, This scenario will be played out tomorrow and every other day too come, if this prohibition of drugs continues. It's clear to see cops on the beat & CCTV camera's no longer deter those determined to seek out drugs, regardless of whose watching. Thus proving the law it's self can't always see over it's shoulder. While the illegalisation of drugs will only push up crime, taxes, and the inevitability someone living under these conditions, will finding themselves the victims of crime such as being mugged or seriously harmed. To which this street has already seen coppers being stabbed during one raid............. |

Yet another junkie day in the west end, where no matter where you looked. Junkies where everywhere, with the aim to score at all cost. Some where clearly full of Methadone or some other downer while looking like shit. As they slurred their way through the streets. All in clear view of the public and in clear shot of the CCTV. Some call big brothers "I spy junkies" eye in the sky. We also had yet another so called big red metal securer door on well street. With it's intercom aasily ripped off and laying on the ground for all to see. Which doesn't inspire hope for the rest of us who're still waiting for the council to get it's finger out and replace the older ones. I did blog a while ago, where I saw some council guy fitting pipes to the close ceiling, for the new intercom wires to run through. But that was late last years and no ones returned to complete the job. Probably because their forever repairing doors like this, while spending money on methadone for junkies. Before they all go on the prowl for illegal drugs, while terrorising the public as they rip their way through so called secure close doors. |

TERRIFIED IN WELL STREET Friday January 14th 2011 As shop keepers set out their shop around 9am this morning in the west end. Where endless hordes of junkies lingered in the streets, covered in black eyes. The staff where soon to be shaken out of their skin, when threats and endless shouting neared their shop. Then just as the moved to the front door to see what all the fuss was. One heavily built junkie tried to push his way into the shop, only too be pushed back out by the terrified shop keepers. This while the junkie kept shouting. "HE'S GOT A KNIFE, HE'S GOT A KNIFE." Staff who feared their shop would be trashed while witnessing a stabbing or being stabbed them selves. Refused to let the man into the shop, as they fought to keep him out. When a screaming woman and a smaller man, believed to be the knife man and him self supporting a black eyes creamed. "HE'S A FUCKING WOMAN BEATER." While beckoning the man to come out of the shop for a fight. What seemed to last forever only lasted a few minutes but hours after this terrifying experience. Which is all too familiar in the west end, clearly left the staff in fear of their life's. It's been long said, the west end in a Mecca for drug addicts and most people fear being mugged or stabbed. By junkies whose addiction out weights any fear of imprisonment and who they knife. The council trials and urgent need for secure door entry systems remain neglected. The CCTV cameras, most suspect are duds. Since no police cars arrived or moved on the gangs of junkies who've made the west end their home. Worse still, the public and these unnamed shop keepers fear reprisals when ever they call the police. While their faith in the police & our political leaders, when it comes to deal with these long over due problem. Means this like many crimes before it will remain unreported and yet another junkie roams the streets carrying knifes. Q. Why are drug addicts aloud to roam the streets all day & why haven't junkies been court ordered into secure buildings. Where their unable to leave during working hours. Allowing the public to move through the streets, unaffected by their relentless crimes. So we the public can move around in a care free safe environment. Instead of this fucking hell hole where, we're all being dragged down into the gutter by these horrendous daily unreported events. Politics are failing we the people and it's time to down tools. Non of these political parties are worth your vote but rather your contempt. |

January 18th 2011 Around 9.30pm here in clavering street, where a junkie lay wasted on the ground. A family who went too his aid, found them selves victims of his assault. Just as the shouting started, alerting everyone to yet more madness here in crazy town. Two coppers came down the hill as the family cried out. "Arrested that guy for assault". An ambulance car was soon on the scene, shortly followed by another ambulance and two cops, with all lights flashing in the darkness. To which the council on April fools day 2009, ripped up all the street lights from one side off the road. At a time drug crime was at an all time high, much like the guy now in handcuffs. Plunging this drug ridden street in near darkness for crimes such as this too flourish. So now those who lend a helping hand are being assaulted in their own street. Where relentless drug addicts & drug dealing goes on relentlessly. All In plain view of a CCTV camera, where the people are lead to believe this helps to deter crime and instil a sense of security. BULLSHIT! Makes you wonder how this is possible and what the council are doing about it. Since they've had years to deal it, though nothings changed. Much like the old for new secure front doors to keep such people out haven't changed. As we still have the same old crap day in and out here in Clavering street. |

SO WHAT ARE OUR RIGHTS AND WHY ARE THE POLICE SO WORRIED ABOUT BEING FILMED.
January 21 2011 Coming back from an NHS appointment up Causeyside street. I soon spotted a mobile phone carrying junkie in the street with his bird. The girl who was louder than the heavy traffic, slurred her speech, much like the guy she was following behind. As I neared ready to pass them bye on the pavement. They began saying while still on the phone for all to hear.. "NO, NO we won't come up the cops are here".I looked across the road to see a police van and officers where talking with a group off people. But no sooner had I taken my camera out to further highlight the relentless and blatant drug crime, that's made Paisley a hell hole to live in. Three coppers came out of the very close the junkies appeared to be heading for & subsequently fucked off, after seeing them come out.I soon felt myself being intimidated by the police, no doubt they thought I was another smack head. Since one officer later said, he thought I was with the two wasters who'd now departed. So I ended up being asked over and over. "Why are you filming the police and how would you feel if someone filmed you or your kids in the street nonsense." Plus did you know if someone was to complain about you filming them. Under common law you could be arrested for a breach of the piece.I could not get my head round that statement at all while thinking. You can buy, sell and advertise cameras to the public. But somehow it's illegal to use a camera for fear of being arrested, while being told you could be in breach of someone's human rights for doing so. Yet we the public are captured on CCTV cameras at least 50 times a day while having no say over this. We can film you but you can't film us, just because we stuck up a notice in the street to alert people camera's are in operation. But how many shops have CCTV cameras on the outside, yet have no notices up saying they are in use, I've never seen any, have you? A funny thing one off the officers said was. "The CCTV camera & notice in the street for all to see means. The public are agreeing to be filmed when they enter into the street." But wait! Under common law we all have the right to travel through the kings high ways and CCTV are not ancient common law, but instead their acts of law. Which means we have to sign a contrACT agreeing to be filmedxx.. Did you sign a contract, because I never? Stranger still since no one in the street, who could clearly see my camera and who like me where probably thinking. "FUCKING JUNKIES". Where not complain about my camera only the police. Who work for we the public and who I've long said, have limited powers when it comes to dealing with drug crime & not once have I blamed them for the relentless drug crimes in my streets. But in fact, I blame politics and the local council for housing addicts in streets these addicts subsequently drag down into the gutter. It turns out the police have been drafting in more officers from all over the place to deal with drug crime and they'd been doing the rounds putting pressure on the dealers. But they where still more concerted with the public filming crime and the police. Which again, I still don't fully understand or why the police have the power to ask the public why their filming their actions. More so if those actions promotes them in a positive light while allowing the public to air their concerns while demand change & tougher police powers to deal with drug crime. But I was still made to feel like criminal while half expecting to be dragged into the very van the said junkies had once again evaded. After being allowed to wander the streets till the cops had gone, before it was business as usual.Well I couldn't have been breaking any laws since they never once asked for my name or took my camera off me. Apart from not wanting to be filmed, they seemed to have no rights to make me turn the camera off but just asked questions & spoke about common law. SO WHAT ARE OUR RIGHTS AND WHY ARE THE POLICE SO WORRIED ABOUT BEING FILMED DURING STOP SEARCH. HAS THE DEATH OF ONE INNOCENT MAN WHO HAD NO CONNECTION WITH A PUBLIC DEMONSTRATIONS IN LONDON. LEFT THE POLICE WITH A SENSE OF PARANOIA THEY SUSPECT EVERYONE IS OUT TO GET THEM. As far as I'm concerted, when your fighting crime you need the public on your side, as well as the police being tought psychology when dealing with the public. Fear and intimidation will only result in the public becoming hostile instead of cooperative. Much like I tried to be before i was later aloud to leave or where they more in a hurry to get away from all my questions, after I told them I was a blogger highlighting the relentless drug crime we all face here In Paisley. Much like we're not all criminals out to get at the law or ourselves being got at by them when documenting crime we all see daily..... & I'm f#### sick of it. |

February 8th 2011 1.43am How many times is it now, that wexve seen the bins being set on fire out the back door of No9 Clavering street. A close that's seen stabbings, endless police call outs, drug raids and two coppers during yet another raid being stabbed by a guy with a home made spear. While fire crews are being called out at huge expense to the tax payers. Not to mention being called away from what might be one day a major fire that puts peoples life's at risk. Here is a building like so many others that are still waiting for the council to get it's finger out and finally put in the badly needed secure front entry doors. Or more to the point, when the fuck are the council going to take drug crime more seriously and start evicting the junkies and dealers on mass. And give the people what they want. PIECE OF MIND AND THE FREEDOM TO WALK THE STREETS WITHOUT HARASSMENT. You can't sit still for one minute in this stressful street, unless you want your arse set on fire. One neighbour said, "I'm terrified to go to sleep and fear someone will set fire too my bins next" I'm not sure but I think this is like the 5th time these bins and other fires have been set deliberately out that back door of No9. And right across from No9 is a CCTV camera that doesnxt scare anyone determined to cause chaos. So was this fire a warning like the fire bomb that went through the bottom flat of a drug dealer at No8 a few years back. Or some other revenge attack to send a message to those in the close. I can't imagine for one fucking minute, that some one would target the same close over and over just because they think it's funny to see the same bins on fire. DO YOU!!!! It's time to take an Island off the west of Scotland and build a tent city to house these 55.000 and grown army of junkies. In what's nothing more than an army run boot camp. Or this shits just going to get worse everywhere all over Scotland. If boredom is what that turns people to drugs then it needs to be boredom that stops them from ever wanting to do again. |

| Serious assault in clavering street July 1st 2011 June 1st 2011 saw Clavering street crawling with police as the public came out in force to witness yet another nightmare to hit the west end. As a blogger & photographer I started to film and take photos, well away from the crime scene. But some how two police officers took it upon them selves or as I suspect. Where told to ask me what I was doing. Even though we the public have every right to document the ever growing crime that's been hitting our streets and homes here in the west end of paisley. I was asked and have been in the past, why are you taking photos. But who walks up to a brickie of a street cleaner and asks. "What are you doing." NO ONE DOES... But some how people with cameras are being targeted and for no reason what's so ever. We're being made to feel like criminals to the point it feels like intimidation with threats of arrest or having your property taken from you. I've started to put the question to those who'd ask me the mind numbing, annoying question by saying. "Is that a lawful or unlawful question?" And if it's lawful, I don't have to answer any questions as I'm well within my rights. Which I was! What's worse one female officer said, it was a sensitive matter as the families hadn't been unfermented yet. Only for the paisley daily express to turn up and ironically lead right up to the police cordoned off tape to do what I was doing well away fro the crime scene...... And that was to document the worse street in the west end. Where the council have massively failed the people when it comes to crime & drugs. As for what happened around 12.30 and 1pm is all roomers and word of mouth. Where it's been said, a man in his 50s who was just out off prison, was run over and one or more individuals attacked him with knifes. It's also been rumoured to be related to the killing of a young man on King street a few years back and this was a revenge attack. All unsubstantiated here say and inadmissible in a court of law. |
